TECHNOLOGY AND ADVANCES

Composed of prefabricated concrete components, the system is completely airtight, thanks to its outer covering.
This allows the adequate temperature and humidity to be maintained, as well as protecting the wine from light, smells and noises.

The cellars incorporate a convection ventilation system. Fresh air is drawn in through thermosyphon effect. Warm air is continually replaced by cold thanks to a system of ducts in the lower part, where the cool air comes in, and in the upper area, where warm air goes out. In this way, the ideal humidity and temperature levels are maintained to preserve the wine.
