AIRTIGHT BAG

The bag is made of UNIVEX 15/10e synthetic butyl rubber. The butyl is supplied in rolls that are unrolled and cut, to then be put together using a hot vulcanization process. The sheets are used to make the walls and the floor of the bag takes on a rounded or oval shape according to the cellar model. The bags are closed with a vulcanised seal and are then inflated for 48 hours to ensure the absence of any type of leak. All the bags are given an exclusive reference number once they have passed the 48-hour test period.
